These Terms govern your use of Wasool, a lending and collections management service provided by PensNPapers ("we", "us"), based in Karur, Tamil Nadu.
Wasool provides software for recording and managing loans, deposits, borrowings, chit funds, and related collections activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you and your staff enter.
Each subscription covers one Owner and one Company by default. Additional companies, Co-Owner seats, Staff Admin seats, and Staff Loan Officer seats are billed separately as described on our Pricing page. You are responsible for the actions of anyone you grant access to your account.
Each company has its own yearly plan, priced by the number of paid facilities it uses (Loans, Vehicle Loans, Deposits, Chit Funds), plus any team seats. Borrowings, Contacts, Collections, books, reports and tools are included in every plan. Founding Member pricing is offered to the first 100 paying companies and is kept at every renewal for as long as the subscription continues without a break of more than 15 days. We do not offer a free trial; instead, if you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we refund it in full.
Facilities or seats added mid-year are charged for the remaining months only. If a renewal is late, you have 15 days' grace; after that, new accounts cannot be opened, but you can always view, collect on and close your existing accounts and export your data. Removing a facility from your plan never deletes or locks the accounts you already have in it.
You own the data you enter into Wasool. We do not sell your business or customer data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
You agree not to use Wasool for any unlawful purpose, and to comply with applicable lending and financial regulations in your jurisdiction. Wasool is a record-keeping tool; it does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
We aim to keep Wasool available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance where practical.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Apart from the 7-day money-back on your first payment, refunds are handled case by case — reach out and we'll work with you.
You can export your data (contacts, accounts with their balances on a date you choose, and account balances) in Excel at any time, and you can delete a company or your whole account yourself from Settings → Export & Leave. Deletion takes effect 7 days after you confirm, unless you cancel it in that time; after that it cannot be undone. Deleting ends the plan for that company without a refund, except under the 7-day money-back promise above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Wasool after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
